ROAK Brewing Co. was founded in Royal Oak, MI, in 2015, and eventually became a member of the Benchmark Beverage family, along with Dark Horse Brewing Co. in 2024. ROAK Brewing Co. is know best for our Oatmeal Stout Series, Devil Dog, as well as our American India Pale Ale, Live Wire.

THE BRANDS

Belgian-style Whit bier | ABV: 7% ABV

DESCRIPTION: Powerboat by Roak, though the lightest in body among our offerings, is a powerhouse of flavor. The incorporation of unmalted wheat imparts a delightful bready essence and a hazy, straw-colored appearance. This Belgian Witbier is elevated with the bright, citrusy notes of orange zest and the subtle, spicy undertones of coriander, creating a fusion of flavors. The result is a crisp, well-balanced brew with a refreshing finish that's perfect for savoring year-round.

POWER BOAT

India Pale Ale | ABV: 7.5% ABV

DESCRIPTION: Dry hopped with towering amounts of Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops. This beer has a solid backbone of citrus bitterness and a hint of malt sweetness to round out the flavor and finish.

Oatmeal Stout | ABV: 8.3% ABV

DESCRIPTION: An satmeal stout that boasts a smooth, velvety texture with a bold character. The combination of specialty chocolate malts and rolled oats imparts rich flavors of nutty chocolate and roasted coffee. This beer holds a special place in our hearts at ROAK; brewed in honor of our Veterans and Devil Dog companions.
