ABOUT ALTES
Altes is a true Detroit classic — a no-frills, easy-drinking lager with deep roots in the city’s blue-collar history. Originally brewed in Detroit in the early 1900s, Altes became known as “Detroit’s Beer” and earned a loyal following for its crisp taste, affordability, and unpretentious character.
