Deposits/Fees/Cancellation


Reservations for VIP must be made with a Credit Card either in person or over the phone-no emails for security reasons.  When you make your reservation, your card will be charged $1.00 to make sure it is a valid card, after which it will simply be kept on file with your reservation to cover cancellation or lost glass fees, as described below.

Cancellation fee schedule:

  • Fifteen days or more prior to event-10% of rental cost charged to held card
  • Eight to fourteen days prior to event-25% of rental cost charged to held card
  • Four to seven days prior to event-50% of rental cost charged to held card
  • Three or less days prior to event-100% of rental cost charged to held card

Unfortunately, the logo pint glasses we use in VIP tend to sprout legs during events, a cost we cannot abide.  Therefore, a glass inventory is done before and after each event, with any missing glasses being charged $5.00 each on the held credit card.  You WILL NOT be charged for glasses broken during normal business operation, just the ones your guests, umm, borrow without asking.
